I guess the thing that led me to healthcare and to babies in particular is it felt so natural for me. I grew up in a large family of 7 children. Being the youngest, I have always been the designated babysitter to my 26 nieces and nephews. So large crowds and many children have never scared me. My love of twins started with my own siblings who are boy/girl twins.

My best advice is to take time. I see a lot of new moms on their phones, multitasking, and I just want to say to them, “these moments will be gone real soon so look up.” It’s really hard to focus these days but I promise if there is anything worth focusing on, it’s watching your children discover, play, interact, ask and grow.
